Did Asteroid Oumuamua cause Hurricanes on Earth?

This video shows the timing of Oumuamua closest approach to the sun, elevated xray activity due to solar flares, and a busy Hurricane period.
The allegation is that the presence of Oumuamua caused the sunspot activity to occur, or at least be elevated, and then that elevated xray activity caused the busier than usual hurricane period - because there is an association between elevated solar xray levels and the formation of hurricanes.
Oumuamua is the name of an asteroid that astronomers allege is from outside the solar system, and passed through in 2017 without being trapped by the sun. A question posed by this video, is that the presence of this asteroid is the cause of sunspot activity - that would not otherwise occur. It raises the possibility that sunspot activity can be triggered by external bodies.
Also suggested is that sunspot acivity is the cause of hurricanes (AKA cyclones and typhoons). The allegation is that these storm systems cannot occur without elevated solar xrays reaching the earth.
