The movie Ender's Game gives us a very vivid image of plucking out the right eye. In the movie, the leader that is being plucked out is Satan. The clip below, from my Ender's Game commentary timestamps 02H43M55S - 03H07M58S, you can find the whole commentary here, shows how the coming Mighty and Strong One will pluck out the world leader Satan along with judging Satan's false traditions. The scene is setup by showing a rotten tree stump as a table to have a meal and enter a covenant. Not knowing any better the Mighty and Strong One tries both the knowledge of good and evil from Satan's tree before he received help from YHWH and then was able to discern through Satan's lies.
