A lot of work is being and has been done on this. Probably starting with Stan Meyer and Shakta Ganga. Panacea BOCAF have a great PDF that is well worth downloading and having a look as is Jean Naudin's website - look for his bingo fuel reactor and his cold fusion stuff - very interesting.
