Earlier this year, a 9th-grader tried to start a student Bible study and was met with resistance and unequal treatment. The principal delayed meetings, blocked a See You at the Pole prayer event, and imposed a per-meeting library fee—violations of equal-access rights and the Constitution. The ACLJ is taking action to defend the student and hold Holdingford High School and its Minnesota district accountable.
