Educating Oklahomans About The OTA - With PikeOffOTA

For years now, an intrepid group of mainly Norman residents, have used their abilities to push back against the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's decision to build a turnpike extension south of the city.

They have gone to city council meetings, OTA meetings, and everywhere they've gone, they've taken with them REAMS of data and research highlighting exactly what the OTA is doing - and it's not building toll roads because they need to be built, it's building roads to pay for the roads they've built before.

But what about our tolls, you say...well...the OTA doesn't much care because it has blown past its desire (ability) to pay for the roads it insatiably wants to build with your toll dollars. Today, there's a complicated scheme to fund these roads and it's not transparent and it's not in favor of WE THE PEOPLE!
