The mean and nasty Emperor has given a terrible order: capture the O-4 Agents and lock them away in the spooky Castle of Terror on the dark planet Badtropia. His commander, the cruel Papa Jo-Dar, sends two sneaky villains—Scaredy-Cat and Moth Ball—to do the dirty work.
Scaredy-Cat zooms off with three agents, but O-4 PJ, the brave commander of the O-4 team, isn’t giving up without a fight!
A wild sword battle breaks out between PJ and Moth Ball...
