@28,29 second mark the light turns yellow and between @30-35 second mark one car turns onto 66th from of Niagara Falls Blvd and the other one goes through the red light and then 2 cars (which almost it me and another pedestrian) don't wait for me and another pedestrian before they can't wait and go when I pushed the cross walk button which gives 30 seconds to cross and you can hear the other pedestrian say we have the right of way.
I live stream every time I cross Niagara Falls Blvd and cross multiple times a day in this exact place.
