Bobby Dillard was homeless but didn't deserve to lose his life at Tent City BLot in San Diego. If he wasn't a fentanyl user and didn't use pipes, how did he overdose on fentanyl with a pipe? Teresa Smith needs to answer for all the deaths at her "Safe Sleeping" Sites. I don't want to have to report another death because Teresa's organized crime racket is still in business. It's time to defund Dreams For Change and see how they like beggin for change!!
