Hasan Piker has hit a new low when he used an obvious shock collar to keep his dog from moving on stream. His feeble attempts to cover up the obvious animal abuse has only worked on the most devoted fans, but otherwise the condemnation is universal.

Although this would result in serious repercussions for lesser streamers, Twitch has yet (and likely won't) to take any substantive action in hopes the situation improves for their most cherished personality.
