Former State Senator and Senate Pro Tem Greg Treat has filed a lawsuit on behalf of his son, Mason Treat.

In January of last year, Mason was pulled over by a Canadian County Sheriff's deputy while on his way to basketball practice because he did not have a license plate on his car.
