Strong quake strikes off Philippines, tsunami warnings lifted

A powerful earthquake of magnitude 7.4 struck offshore in the southern Philippines on Friday, killing at least two people, while towns near the epicenter suffered structural damage and authorities warned of strong aftershocks. Vanesse Chan reports.
