The COTTONWOOD

Cottonwood Trees are found all over the American West. They like areas along rivers, streams and ponds. They grow huge, from fifty to one hundred feet in height. At the base they can easily achive three foot diameters.

Their chief enemies are fire, wind and too-soft ground. When they fall, they make a lot of noise and make a mess in the process. Removing such trees is a chore as you can see in our latest video. Watch a large "Log Loader" make quick work breaking it up and carting it to a burn pile!
