Israel taking U.S. taxpayers money, and than giving that money, to United States' politicians, to be subjects of Israel.

Jimmy mocks the demeaning "legal bribery" fundraising system, comparing it to being "scanned like a can of tomato soup" and criticizes how American politics operates under such influence.
