Today, in 2025 Lucy would be 116 years old.

I would just like to give a little explanation this video. This beautiful lady was known to some over her very long lifespan as wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, great grandmother, great, great grandmother…and the list goes so on!
But for me, she was known as Granny Wheadon.
As mentioned in this recording of Granny’s diary which started sometime back in the 1940s and continued on for many years as she received more inspiration to add to it, until it was finally shared with my husband, Jacek and I.

Upon receiving it, Jacek didn’t waste any time in typing it up and it was shared to a small circle of the family. I think either in the form of a letter or by email back in 1992, hence the date when first shared.

Now fast forward to 2025! We are no longer living in Poland but in Arizona (USA).
Jacek was recently sorting out some documents, and he came across that typed letter of Granny’s. He was so touched after re-reading it after so many years that
he felt convicted by God to re-share Granny’s message but in a more modern format.
With use of technology and his wisdom we have collaborated on this project and made a video to honor Granny.

We would like to thank all the family who were kind enough to send me photos of Granny Wheadon over the years to add to this short video.

It is our prayer that this work will honor Granny and touch the lives of many.

May this message give hope and encouragement that there is more to life than this.

Jesus is very much alive and is just waiting for us to come to Him with our worries and concerns.
He already knows them! He’s just waiting for us to stop trying to fight our own battles in our own strength and surrender all our baggage to Him.

If that is you, with a sincere heart, cry out to Him and say, “ God, if you are real, show yourself?”

You won’t be disappointed 🫶🏼

It is our prayer that God will use this message to touch and encourage many, but it would have been totally worth doing this even for ONE person!
Most importantly, Granny’s prayer would have been answered.
