KANSAS CITY, Mo. -
Two men are dead and three other people, including a minor, are hurt after officers with the Kansas City Police Department say an argument escalated into a shooting in the Power and Light District.
Police were called to a surface parking lot at 13th and Grand around 4 a.m. Sunday. They found five people who had been shot. KCFD medics pronounced a man dead at the scene.
