In a moment of reflection, I found myself questioning: Why do some people seem to have consistently better days and maintain such a positive attitude? Everyone shares the same 24 hours a day, experiencing both good and bad moments. Yet, some always appear happy and energetic, while others look cranky and scowl.

With this question in mind, I often ponder it when I have time. Recently, I believe I have discovered an interesting explanation. Self-love is not just about physical possessions but also about daily living habits.

I have found that pushing ourselves to do something hard, something our body and mind resist, requires effort, persistence, and repetition.
