I talked with David Pickren about an extraordinarily exciting alternative to leaving in vulnerable and therefore dangerous places, immense amounts of so-called spent nuclear fuel especially ill-advised, would be putting it in the heartland of America's energy sector, the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico. And an alternative to doing any of that, that his company, Texas Thermodynamics, has devised to burn that residual fuel for energy instead on scale and where the repositories of such spent fuel rods currently reside.
