On the same storm-drenched night, every Hunter awoke gasping for air, the stench of brimstone thick in their lungs. Beneath the smell of smoke and ash came the pain—white-hot, searing, divine in its cruelty. When the agony subsided, a brand remained: a perverted crucifix scorched just above the heart.

The mark binds them all to Azgrath the Harrower, a demon of vengeance and blasphemy who now hunts their faith as fiercely as their flesh. Holy ground curdles. Prayers twist into mockery. The world itself seems to turn against the sanctified.

To survive, the Hunters must uncover who summoned Azgrath, why they have been chosen, and how to sever the infernal bond before the brand burns through body, soul, and sanity alike. But vengeance cuts both ways—and the devil always collects his due.
