The Three Musketeers is a 1966 British TV series based on the 1844 novel The Three Musketeers. The series was directed by Peter Hammond and produced by William Sterling. The serial survived destruction and was released on DVD in 2006.

Naive but avid for adventure, young D'Artagnan travels from Gascony to Paris in 1625 to become a Musketeer like his father. He is at once plunged into intrigue.

Episode 1: The great dream of young D'Artagnan is to become one of the King's Musketeers, like his father.
