First Eviction of the Day — Time to Take This Property Back!

It’s eviction day — and this is just the first one.

Today, I’m handling three evictions back-to-back. First stop: meet up with the Sheriff’s Department and my team to take back possession of this property. The court order is signed, the schedule is tight, and we’re moving fast.

👉 My job: handle the legal paperwork, coordinate with law enforcement, change the locks, and make sure everything stays by the book. Once this property is secured, I hand it off to my team and move on to the next one.
