The 7-day waiting period is up — time to move.

After a tenant eviction, the law requires that we hold any remaining belongings for a set time. That period is now over, and it’s clear they never came back for their stuff. So today, I’m securing the property with a lockbox, scheduling turnover cleaning and maintenance, and preparing to put this home back on the market immediately.
