Episode 1241: Where is Satan's throne on Earth according to the scriptures? Part 3

Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we take a look at something the Lord Jesus said in a letter to the church at Pergamos concerning Satan.

The Lord stated that Satan had a throne. What does He mean by that? Does Satan have a literal throne or was it just a metaphor?

One careful study of the scriptures makes one realize that it is not a metaphor. Three times the Lord Himself declared that Satan is the god of this world. Then we find other commentary by the Spirit of the Lord through the prophets regarding Satan's control over the nation.

This control is so absolute that it will take a move based solely upon the word of God to vanquish this stranglehold Satan has on the course of this world.

Isn't it amazing that God would allow such a thing to even exist nonetheless all these things align. The LORD God is executing His plan accord to the purpose of His own will and to the praise of His glory.

Do Satabn get to keep that which he stole? Well that's why we study the book.
