More than 38% of people under 35 don’t drink alcohol, and that number is growing every year. In this video, I share my personal experience of why I stopped drinking, why I don’t miss it, and why I think this change in culture is actually a positive thing for all of us.

We don’t need alcohol to have fun. You can be confident, enjoy yourself, and still be the one people can rely on, the designated driver, the friend who makes smart choices, and the one who remembers the night clearly.

From Gen Z’s wellness culture to mental health awareness and better lifestyle habits, the sober movement is more than a trend, it’s a shift in how we live.

If you drink, that’s your choice, but be aware of the people you’re around. And if you don’t drink, you’re not missing out. You might just be ahead of the curve.

👇 Watch, like, and share this video to normalize not drinking and help others see it’s okay to live a sober (or mindful) lifestyle.
