AMC 2025 Proxy - Why Double The Authorized Shares⁉️AMC 2025 Proxy & Shareholder Meeting. The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. will be held on December 10, 2025, at 1:00 pm CST at the AMC Theatre Support Center, located at One AMC Way, 11500 Ash Street, Leawood, Kansas 66211 (the “Annual Meeting”), to vote on 6 Proposals including Proposal #5: To approve an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation to increase the total number of authorized shares of Class A Common Stock from 550,000,000 shares to 1,100,000,000 shares.
