"Lucky 13" runner overcomes lifetime of adversity to run in Carlsbad Marathon

A runner who's a member of this year's "Lucky 13" group in the Carlsbad Marathon has overcome a lifetime of adversity and is using her sister as inspiration to finish the 13.1 mile course.
