The Armed Citizen 82 Remember your mandate

The "Mandate" of an armed citizen is no different than an unarmed citizen. In an active shooter situation, your first action should be to get out. If you can't do that, barricade yourself. Third, use what you have to fight. For the armed citizen, that's when "Mister 9mm" can come out to play.
