Babylon - Part 1C - The Ontological Question (Why?)

So, something created what is. We Christians believe that God created the universe, and before He did, nothing existed. So, why did God create the universe? Was it to meet some "need" God has that His existence alone can't meet? Or did God create the universe, you, me, the trees, animals, and even Satan because it is His "nature" that propels Him to create?

Did Lucifer (Satan) share God's purpose in creating the universe? Is Lucifer's nature different from God's nature? If so, does that create cross-purposes for how each will look at and handle creation?

To understand Babylon and its systems in operation today, we must answer these questions and many more that follow.
