My First Day of Kindergarten

Everyone is so nice, making friends, and good to go. Growing up so fast can be lots of fun.
The next day, Kitten starts to pack: "But, Mama, I'll miss you! What if I have butterflies? I won't know what to do! Kitten, you're so brave and kind, ready for school to start. No matter what, I'm here for you―you're always in my heart.
Grandpa Burch settled into his favorite armchair, a well-worn book resting on his lap. "Alright everyone," he announced, his voice a warm rumble, "who's ready for another storytime? Grandpa Burch reading stories for my granddaughter and her friends. I hope you and your young ones enjoy.
