TV Head

When I got back home, I was delivered a strange package at my house the other day. I looked inside and saw a TV head. I was wondering what it does, and from the looks of it, it wears your head lol. I was trying to get it off of me but it wouldn't budge. I don't know, something tells me it was gifted to me for a reason.
