office, neglect, failure to perform, prejudice to the adm. of justice, capacity prohibited by law, violations of [canon] & [rules prescribed by the Supreme Court].

This judge refused to perform his/her own sworn OATH, DUTY, but CONTINUES to cash his/her pay check & NOT EXECUTE CONCLUSIONS OF LAW. constitutes FRAUD & only performs JUDICIAL ATRACITIES of law, DERELICTION OF DUTY, DEFALCATION, EMBEZZLEMENT OF PUBLC FUNDS.
