Litigation Hobbyist Gets “Secret” Breaks in Court

WASHINGTON (October, 2025)—While the Republican Attorney General in Virginia had never brough a case during the pandemic, before he was elected, and even after gaining popular support after election, Jason Miyares, now seeking reelection, had only failed in challenges brought against him and Republican Governor and businessman Glen Youngkin. So, perhaps it is not surprising, while Governor Youngkin, Attorney General Miyares and gubernatorial hopeful Winsome Sears are talking tough on restroom usage in public schools where it is projected that 57% of students will fail basic proficiency tests, the only one initiating court actions is the school board candidate who was snubbed by the Arlington GOP for endorsement in the school board election, opting for a 20 year veteran choir director and psychiatrist whose children had attended these underperforming public schools, which had even mandated that school-age girls be administered unapproved, biological products, known since the 1980s to be most effective at causing female breast cancer in laboratory ‘‘onco’’ mice.

Major Mike Webb is now preparing an appeal to Richmond on the transgender policies in a case commenced over a year ago, and has intervened in the matter brought by Arlington Public Schools, now on appeal at the Fourth Circuit. Webb, already on appeal in a matter to convene grand jury investigations into the COVID-19 response by Arlington Public Schools, also has matters proceeding against prosecutors in Richmond and Norfolk, seeking grand jury investigations against Planned Parenthood, former Governor Ralph Northam, M.D. and even Anthony Fauci, M.D., with a hearing now scheduled for November 6th in Norfolk, where the Soros-financed prosecutor has spared no expense, elected a right to remain silent and lawyered up, retaining the oldest and most prominent firm in the Tidewater, which no attorney in Republican Party of Virginia could do, and Webb is not even an attorney.

However, now with the new Presidential Administration, Webb is now squaring off against former Fox News legal expert Judge Jeanine Pirro, who has attempted on September 17th to move to affirm a dismissal of an action in the U.S. District Court in D.C., a matter involving a simple request for at most only two documents, but documents that would establish who owns the virus responsible for killing over 1.2 million Americans, with enough dead in Virginia to replace every live resident in Staunton, another pandemic task in which the church has declared itself nonessential.
