Strategic Planning - Don't Assume & Go

We might be 100% certain in our own minds on the right strategic direction.
BUT - I still recommend gathering all the internal and external data and here is why

You always win in the long wrong by collecting data, verifying, and making the best decisions for your organization.
1) You might be correct --> after verified, you can travel even faster in the right direction!
2) You might need a slight change --> after corrected, you can travel even faster in the right direction!
3) You might have bee wrong --> after you changed course, you can travel in the right direction.
