Know Your Rights - Driving Licence

A Driving Licence is issued to “incorporate” you, NOT to identify you. Why would a Driving Licence have a expiry date? Your identity does not change! It is a document that is used to gain joinder by coercion, deception, fraud, and force. So a Driving Licence is for the movement of goods and services, and conducting commerce on the roads. Ironically, a “person” aka corporation/legal fiction is a commercially bonded traded commodity. There is NO law governing travel, freedom to travel is not a privilege, it is a God given right and this is actually stated on the first page of all Passports.

SCOTUS Case Law: Reno v Condon Jan 12, 2000 clearly states that a Driving Licence is required for “Interstate Commerce”.

A Driving Licence is NOT an ID Card it is a PROOF OF CONTRACT, and it is one of the biggest instruments for chattel property revenue, this is why your name is in ALL CAPS to show your “Legal Fiction”.

The criminal DVLA placed a hologram over your photo, this is them attempting to take jurisdiction over you. On the reverse of the licence is a tracking number.

You are a “vessel” carrying your cargo, travelling (not driving) on a Postal Road, shipping lanes connecting many jurisdictions (villages and towns). Attach a £1 stamp in the top right hand corner on the reverse of your Driving Licence and write your name across the stamp. This is you taking ownership of the document and declaring yourself as a Postmaster.

Acts and Statutes do not apply to living sovereign beings, and we have the highest contract of the land. When the Police stop you they will be seeking verbal consent, do not speak, hand them your licence. They must prove that you are not travelling (not driving) on a postal road. The cannot arrest you, and if they do you must tell them you are obliging under duress. No crime has been committed, Acts and Statutes do not apply, and you can charge them with obstructing/interfering with the post and that carries a fine of £1,000/hr.

A Driving Licence is NOT required for any man or woman TRAVELLING and therefore not “driving”, and not engaged in commerce, because we have the right to travel freely.
