Info from Licensor: "I recently put up my 12ft Home Depot Skeleton. I got a warning on my phone of an incoming flash flood and went to bring in my trash and recycling bins. As I walked by Skellie, I realized I never put down sand bags. I quickly ran to the backyard grab a tote full of rocks I have and I was feet away when the wind knocked it over."
