Stop romanticizing your co-workers. It’s not endearing, it’s unprofessional, and it will eventually ruin your career. You might get a promotion or bigger raise out of it short term, but long term it always backfires and your reputation will be ruined.
Lunches are not for testing to see if there is interest, work DMs are not for texting and flirting, drinks after work shouldn’t be an opportunity to cheat. This isn’t high school. Two CEOs in the last month have lost both their careers and families due to this, so you can too. Stop it 🛑
