ROYAL VATRUSHKA WITH CURRANTS🤤
For the dough:
300 g flour
150 g butter 82%
40 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar

For the filling:
700 g sour milk cheese 9%
4 eggs
140 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar

For the berry layer:
200 g black currants
30 g cornstarch
40 g sugar

Bake in an oven preheated to 180° for 50-60 minutes.
Cool in the pan.
