Does he deserve the death penalty?

Does he deserve the Death Penalty? Authorities have arrested Jonathan Rinderknecht for starting the Pacific Palisades Fire in January that caused 12 deaths, 6000 houses to be destroyed, and about 150 billion in damages.

I don’t want you to think I’m trying to make this political, because I’m not. I just know the questions have come out about his political background so people want to know his motivation behind setting the fire.
