A documentary exploring the legends of vampires, using books, paintings and early films on the subject.
Calvin and Yvonne Floyd made a feature-length (Swedish) documentary, of which this is the shorter TV cut. Based on the 1970 book by historians Radu Florescu and Raymond McNally, narrators Tor Isedal and Christopher Lee search for the story behind the literary vampire Dracula, invented by Irish author Bram Stoker. They find the historical prince Vlad Dracula, also nicknamed Vlad Tepes (the impaler).
