Forestrike - Gameplay Overview Trailer

Forestrike is roguelike in which you play as Yu, a martial arts acolyte who is trying to save the Emperor and the kingdom. Yu has the power of foresight, which allows him to see every possibility in battle before it happens. Which really means that you, as the player, can rehearse every one of your battles to razor-sharp perfection in Yu’s mind. Enemy attacks and counterattacks are consistent, so you can plan your moves and attacks accordingly before carrying them out for real. If you die, you start over, but as he travels, Yu can learn the techniques of five different Masters that make him more formidable, with Yu’s ultimate goal of being able to fight without having to use foresight at all.
