Iowa, the Best Kept Secret in America

New Video 10/15/25

I don't know how many "What it's like to live in Iowa" videos I've posted now—probably 5 or 6—but I'm gonna keep going.

What's insane to me, is how many good people can elect such horrible politicians.

Joni Ernst, Chuck Grassley, Mariannette Miller Meeks, Ashley Hinson...

Hopefully, things turn around with Rob Sand and Josh Turek.

Turek already scared Ernst out of the race, so we'll have to wait and see what the Republicans throw up against him: a decent, Mitt Romney/John McCain classic Republican, or a horrible cultist.

I hope for the former, but fear the latter.

Anyway, maybe it's the bubble I live in; my county, city, and subdivision.

Whatever it is, I'm surrounded by good people.

Good neighbors.
