For broad parasite cleansing, I think this is the way to go and I explain why in detail in this webinar. For parasite cleansing, you should take 1mg of Ivermectin for every 10 pounds of body weight. Ivermectin capsules come in 6 mg increments so if you weigh 170, I would take 18 mg daily. For Fenbendazole, take 888 mg daily. Take both for at least 60 to 90 days and I would take them both with food, especially with fat, like meat, dairy, yogurt, a handful of nuts, etc. These recommendations are for parasite cleansing and there are additional recommendations if you are using Ivermectin and Fenbendazole for high spike protein, cancer or other chronic or serious health conditions.
