Bonnie Scoots and Spooks for Halloween

Info from Licensor: "Bonnie tried to play a spooky vampire on her scooter. She wanted to wear her new vampire cloak as we went to play on her scooter in the evening in town. She was silently gliding through the old town square in twilight on her scooter in the black vampire outfit and tried to spook people and even some dogs! But instead she got a surprised, impressed and excited audience who was cheering her on. All the pub visitors, I think, got outside to watch. Not sure she is good at spooking, but she is certainly good at making peoples' day! Credit: @SpanielBonnie on Instagram"
