Festive salad

Very tasty and sure to be the highlight of your holiday table. Save the recipe!
▫️Smoked salmon - 150 g;
▫️Salmon-flavored caviar - 100 g;
▫️Boiled potatoes - 2-3 pieces;
▫️boiled eggs - 3 pcs;
▫️hard cheese - 120-150 g;
▫️green onions - a bunch;
▫️mayonnaise - a few tablespoons.
Place the chopped salmon and a little onion on the bottom of the salad bowl. Lightly coat with mayonnaise. Next, add the grated boiled potatoes and another layer of mayonnaise.
Then add the caviar. I used CAPS FOOD salmon-flavored caviar, made using a fish broth-based encapsulation technology. Look for it in stores and supermarkets in your city; they also have other flavors in their lineup.
Next, add the grated egg, mayonnaise, and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Add mayonnaise again and garnish with caviar and a little greenery if desired. Note that the caviar in this recipe is not only a garnish, but also an ingredient that adds flavor. Bon appetit.
