Info from Licensor: "On the morning of October 10th at 5:30 a.m. the Cazones River began to overflow in the city of Poza Rica, Veracruz, due to intense rains coming from the mountains of Puebla. Days before, there was a warning of a rise in the river, but people never thought that we were going to experience the same tragedy as in October 1999. Unfortunately, there were many deaths because people were asleep and trapped inside their homes."
