22 deaths and multiple sexual assaults that are being omitted from the record call for immediate action by the City of San Diego. Time for accountability from Teresa Smith and Stephen Whitburn!! If I have to report that someone else has died before action is taken, it will show malice, willful negligence, and prove intention to do harm!!
