Guided Meditation ~ YOUR RAINBOW BODY

This Guided Meditation was recorded live with a meditation group in Griffith Park, Hollywood, CA. Guided Meditation by Taryn Wayne. Crystal / Tibetan Singing Bowls and Tonic Toning by Sarah Bennett.

You may close your eyes and listen to this in a meditation posture or laying down. Or you may soften your eyes and sit comfortably and watch the beautiful images on the screen, while you let your mind, your physical, and your energy bodies deeply relax.

Taryn first walks you through a process to connect to Mother Earth Gaia's heart.

You will then be led through an embodiment of the Chakra Colors, ending with Diamond White and Golden Light to seal in these rainbow colors.

Sarah will then be singing / chanting some Chakra sounds as she continues the Tonic Instruments, and the meditation will finish with Gratitude, Peace, Joy, Love, and Light!
