Shepard Middle School's Transgender Locker Room Policy Enables Genocide (Aug 21, 2025)

I explain why - according to my reading of the Cornell Law Dictionary's definition of genocide - the use of strangers, by staff at Illinois District 109 Board of Education, to enforce the policy allowing transgender-identifying students to use the locker rooms corresponding to the gender or sex with which they identify, constitutes genocide.

District 109's board governs Alan B. Shepard Middle School in Deerfield, Illinois.
