This is one of those cases that makes you question your own decision-making.

👉 This tenant was previously evicted, but after paying up on what she owed, we decided to let her repossess the property and move back in. I believed in giving her a fair shot to make things right.

Fast forward — she’s delinquent again, and now we’re back in court to evict her for good. It’s frustrating, but it’s also part of the reality of property management: balancing compassion with accountability.

💡 Property management isn’t just about leases and rent — it’s about judgment calls. Sometimes you give second chances hoping it helps, but when the pattern repeats, you have to protect the homeowner’s investment and enforce the law.

So what would you have done? Would you have allowed her back in, or closed the door for good the first time?

Let’s talk about it.
