Stop Rebuilding Your Tabs! (neo/vim)

After forcing myself to use tabs, and loving them, I felt the need to save sets of tabs within a single repo (workspace)... and then restore them to switch between sets of files (tabs/windows/layouts) and not have to recreate my tabs every time I switch gears.
