‘Retaliation Could Break the Relationship’: Trump’s Ex-Economic Adviser on Canada–U.S. Trade

Everett Eissenstat, former Deputy Director of the U.S. National Economic Council under President Donald Trump, says Canada should avoid retaliating during ongoing trade negotiations with the United States.
